2026 Phoenix FHLCW Conference Registration

Conference fee:

  • Early Bird Registration: April 15 – May 31 ($240 member/$290 non-member)
  • Standard Registration: June 1 – August 31 ($260 member/$310 non-member)
  • Late Registration: September 1 – September 14 ($280 member/$330 non-member)

Conference Add-Ons:

  • Pre-Conference Masterclass (includes lunch on Friday) — $80
  • Post Conference Retreat (includes lunch on Sunday) — $38

NOTE: There will be a $30 non-refundable processing fee added to the above registration fee.

Not a member? Before you register as a non-member, consider joining FHLCW and get additional benefits. We provide support, education, and encouragement to published and unpublished Christian writers of romance and romantic women’s fiction. The first year dues are $35 ($30 thereafter). Members have access not only to monthly programs via Zoom, but to several years worth of previous programs. FHLCW promotes its members’ new releases and uses social media to celebrate their achievements. Our contest for published books has been in operation for over 25 years.
