- Carla Spoon is a finalist in the ACFW’s First Impressions contest in the romantic suspense category.
- Laura Scott has signed a six-book contract with Love Inspired Suspense. The first book in her Langford Legacy series will release in June of 2026.
- Ronda Wells’ debut historical romance, The Christmas Cherub, was chosen for participation in the Indiana Historical Society’s annual Hoosier Author Fair on Dec. 6th in Indianapolis.
- Kimberly Peterson’s entry, Hanging on by a Single Chain Stitch, a humorous contemporary romance, won the grand prize in the Scrivenings Press Novel Starts contest.
- Paige Edwards was asked to join a team of authors for an eight-book series aimed at boosting clean and wholesome fiction and is excited about the chance to reach new readers.
- Christine Schimpf’s entry, Stay Out of That House, was a finalist in the Scrivenings Press Novel Starts Contest in the Mystery/Suspense/Speculative genre.
- Kristi Woods is thrilled to announce she is now represented by Cynthia Ruchti of Books & Such Literary Management.
- Darlene Turner’s November release, Trail of Mountain Secrets, hit the New York Times Mass Market Bestseller list at #10, as well as the Publishers Weekly bestseller list at #2 and #6.
- Kerry Johnson signed a new contract with Love Inspired Suspense for a K-9 Search and Rescue story releasing in early 2027.
- The movie “The Christmas Cookbook” based on Lenora Worth’s book, The X-Mas Club, premiered on Lifetime and is still streaming there. Also, the two-in-one Love Inspired Suspense K-9 novella “Christmas K-9 Patrol,” written by Lenora and Lynette Eason, made the NY Times and Publishers Weekly bestseller lists.
- Ciara Knight has contracted three inspirational romances featuring working dogs and military veterans, plus a K-9 romantic suspense novel, with Love Inspired and Love Inspired Suspense.
- Lori DeJong’s novella, Jingle Bell Matchmakers, was named the Scrivenings Press Best of 2024 in the Short Fiction category.
