The Hilton Phoenix Airport hotel is located very close to the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and offers 24-hour free shuttle service to and from the hotel. The shuttle is available by calling the desk at the hotel and informing them of your location at the airport. A word of caution – verify that you are on the Hilton Phoenix Airport shuttle. There are several Hilton hotels in the area.
The hotel is cashless. You need a major credit card and ID to register.

If, for some reason, you need to cancel your room, you must cancel three (3) business days prior to the date of your check-in. If you do not, you will be charged one-night room and tax charges. If you decide to leave prior to your reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early checkout fee. To avoid this fee, advise the hotel 24 hours prior to check-in of any changes.
The hotel offers free wi-fi and free parking for our conference attendees. There is an outside pool and hot tub. There are two on-site restaurants in the hotel (one a breakfast restaurant and one a dinner restaurant) as well as a grab-and-go coffee shop that offers sandwiches and other items.
You may reserve either a king or queen room. The queen rooms are particularly suited for sharing. They have two queen beds and plenty of room.
The Hilton places a temporary hold of $75 per night for incidentals on your credit card, but that will be refunded if no incidentals are charged to your room.
NOTE: The default is for four nights because of the pre-conference masterclass and post-conference retreat. If you are only staying for two or three nights, you will need to adjust that default. After you click to book the room, you can adjust the nights of your stay up at the top of the website page.
