Congratulations to our members on their achievements!


  • On July 1st, LaVerne St. George’s latest release, Love’s Highest Calling, ranked in the top 100 of New Releases on Amazon in all three categories: Historical Christian Romance Fiction, Christian Historical Fiction, and US Historical Fiction, her first time on the charts.
  • Cindy Kay Stewart’s novel, Unending Hope, was named Historical Novel of the Year in AWSA’s Christian Market Book Awards.
  • Natalie Wise Watkins signed with agent Tamela Hancock Murray of the Steve Laube Agency.
  • Carole Johnson received confirmation that she’s to be published in an upcoming Chicken Soup for the Soul.
  • Audrey Wick signed her second contract with Love Inspired for publication of The Single Dad’s Found Family in July 2027.
  • Beth Vogt’s Together This Christmas won Novella of the Year in the 2026 AWSA Golden Scroll Awards.
  • Christine Schimpf will be a featured guest on October 22 on Anne Greene’s We’ve Got Books, where she’ll be sharing the inspiration behind A Christmas Kind of Perfect.
  • Sherry Shindelar signed a new three-book contract with Wild Heart Books for a Civil War series set in the Shenandoah Valley.
  • Sheila Mast (pen name Marisa Masterson) earned a second place award from NEST for her historical short fiction, The Bride on the Shawnee Trail.
  • Chris Maday Schmidt’s July release, A Mother’s Prayer, debuted at #9 on the Publishers Weekly Mass Market Bestseller list during its first week of release. She also recently signed a deal memo with Harlequin Love Inspired for a two-book continuation of her Sweetwater, Arizona series, tentatively slated for publication in late 2027 or early 2028, with a Christmas story to follow in 2028.
